Tarah’s Biography
Tarah has a BA in Psychology and Sociology (UdeM) and a MA in Inter-Mediterranean Migration (Ca’ Foscari University). Black women are always at the core of Tarah’s work which inspired her to conduct research on Black sex workers in the Netherlands and undocumented Black women in Morocco.
Tarah passionately advocates for folks with precarious migration statuses, survivors of gender-based violence, and sex workers. Her objective is to amplify the voices of marginalized communities with community-led initiatives, counselling, training, workshops, research, and video production!
